February Already?

Wow, the first month has come and gone and with those first 31 days we Americans have a new President, a new Superbowl Champ (Congrats Steelers) even though the game was yesterday, and crazy weather. Ok, so January didn't really give us much but what it did give us was new hope, new resolutions, and new beginnings. 

Today is Groundhog day and I don't know what that animal can really predict but if today's warm weather isn't any indication that spring is near then I don't know what is anymore. Yet, the weatherman says that tomorrow a crazy snow storm is to come. I guess I will know soon enough. In the meantime I am sitting in my shorts with the heat on because I can't really control it, sweating and wishing for that snow to come soon. I love spring but not when the heat in my apartment is on high. There is never much fun in that. 

The leap year is almost over (it technically ends on Feb. 28 since it began last year on Feb. 29). I hope it was good one for all!
